    We also specialize in extensions with forms, using marked stencils that shape and support the gel application. Once the gel hardens, the form is removed, leaving perfectly shaped nails. Our forms come in both disposable (paper or flexible plastic) and reusable options, allowing for a variety of shapes to suit each client’s preferences..

    • The gel begins to lift or shows signs of cracking.

    Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    We kindly ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact our schedule and prevent us from accommodating other clients. For this reason, the following fees apply:  - 


    * 24+ Hours Notice:** Appointments canceled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice incur no fee. - 

    * Within 24 Hours:** Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% service fee. - 

    *Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows:** Cancellations or reschedules made on the day of the appointment, including no-shows, will incur a 100% service fee.  


    We understand that unexpected situations, such as illness or family emergencies, can arise, and we approach each case with empathy. However, these fees help us manage our schedule efficiently and maintain our business’s smooth operation.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in respecting our policy.
